Looking to start a shared artists' space

    Hi everyone!
    We are a developing arts organisation in need of some space. Considering our budget (max 250 p/m) and what is out there we are thinking of joining up with some other start-up arts/media organisations and freelancers to rent a decent industrial unit (lots of cheap space) in Dublin city centre, preferably around Portobello (Dublin 2 and 8) or Smithfield (Dublin 7 and 1).
    Specifics can be discussed separately but we'd be looking for around 40 sq meters of private office/ work space for ourselves. The unit would have to be in a good order and look more or less representable without too much effort from our side. So, we're not expecting to having to re-build the place or anything.
