Getting injectors checked.

    I,ve a tractor that blowing alot of white smoke on start up but it clears it self after a few minutes and is grand for the rest of the day. I,ve ben advised that its the injectors leaking diesel and this causes the white smoke.
    Told to get the injectors checked. I,ve the workshop maual for the tractor but how do i go about getting the injectors checked or where do i send em to? cheers:D

    Take them out and take them to a diesel injection specialist, they'll put them on a test rig and check the spray pattern. If they say they are OK (which I doubt) make sure you get new washers to put them back in.
