Watching TV3 Player from Germany

So there's a show I want to watch on TV3, but it appears it can be streamed only in the ROI. Is there anyway I can watch it from Germany? I've tried Chrome Extensions 'Proxy Switch' and 'Easy Proxies' but they're ****/confusing. Danke. Edit: And yes I did start my OP with 'so'. I'm ashamed.
