Depth of the water in town?

Hey all, just wondering what the depth of the water by the quays in Wexford town in (e.g. around the bridge to the Ferrybank), a rough idea of both high and low tide would be nice.

No urgent need for the info, just had an argument with a friend over it, and googling doesn't seem to give much info, there's some general info on the tides in Wexford Harbour but it doesn't really seem to say whereabouts that is and there's some wide variance it seems.
As well as that it seems to say <2m generally, which i'm assuming means it can't be referring to the Quays in town as there's generally quite large boats there which presumably require deep water.
