i think my front suspension is in need of an overhaul. there is just 100k on the car and i would say it still has all the original stuff..
i fitted h&r cupkit and arbs about 30k mkiles ago so im guessing they are ok.
i was thinking of front and back wishbone bushings, ball joints and track/tie rod ends. is there anything else im missing? would it be worth doing the wheel bearings when im at it?

    edit: mk1 seat leon tdi

Wouldnt do wheel bearings unless there are issues.
What about drop links & anti roll bar bushes?

Any noises, strange movements over speed bumps? Good sign the wishbones need changing.

100k is a lot of miles Sean, mine was on its second set of wishbone bushings at 70k and they were already splitting, they were s3 bushings. I never needed tie rods or ball joints.

no noises or movement at bumps... wear on the inside of the tyres when changing them last night. more so on the passenger side. suspect ball joint for that

i have had the car for the last 50k and never done anything with bushings except for the arb as said above. there was nothing in the service history about them before i took ownership and they had recipts for bulbs so i take it they never done anything with them:D

i hope to get a mechanic to look at it next week. i dont want to waste money but i dont want to have to go get more bits after a few weeks either...
