Picked one of these up from Hobby Airsoft on an impulse buy after a few drinks when I could not afford to add any more to the poor little credit card. But its nice :D

Hobbyairsoft were great and the item arrived faster than I expected, I arrived home to a large box and thought thats very big for a pistol! when I opened it up there was loads of free gifts.
At time of writing they are selling this pistol for 145 Euros.
This is cheaper than Eric Grauffell's official website where the store sells the exact same gun for 190 Euro.

This is a C02 powered pistol made by KWC.

Its a copy of a gun made by Tanfoglio who are an Italian gun manufacture.
Eric Grauffel is a world champion ISPC shooter who's shilling the gun as its what he uses himself. http://www.ericgrauffel.com/

    It weighs 1398g with the mag+co2 ampule/sparklet.
The mag+co2 was showing up as 321g on the kitchen scales.

Its a single action trigger (even though it looks like a double action)

Its very comfortable to hold, nicely balanced (well being honest I dont know what nicely balanced is supposed to be! but if feels good in the hand)

Its solid, paintwork is good and all parts are painted inside and out with
no imperfections apart from on or two spots that will wear from the moving action.

Its Very close to 1j. I did have the initial 1-2 shots go slightly over the limit
but I put this down to the initial pressure when putting in a brand new sparklet and having everything swimming in oil.

Using 0.2g BB's on the airsoft chrono I got:
    326, 325, 324, 327
on the Real Steel Chrono I got:
    327, 326, 321, 314

Racking the slide it feels like it does not have a lot of travel but I've compared it to my Hi-Cappa and its the same.

The slide racking is a little rough as if something is grateing/catching so it may need to wear in. I've seen this on CZ75's, Glocks, DE's & P99's before
so its not as smooth as a TM hi cappa even with a metal slide.

The trigger breaking is lovely! nice and crisp and breaks like glass.

As seen as above the box is plastered with yer mans image. This edition of
the gun comes already pre-drilled and tapped for a scope mount, and better still it actually comes with a mount already attached!!! :D

    IMG_1841.jpg
I was hoping to use my carbon mount with c-more replica on it but the
screws and holes on it are smaller than the ones used on the gun.
The gun does not come with any Back Sight or Front sight, there is a removable cocking lever in place of the back sight. Also this gun comes
with a compensator as seen for all the world it will do for an airsoft gun :).
But a lot of the time in the shallow addictive hobby that airsoft is,
"its whats outside that counts" for some aspects of the hobby end of things
rather than the sporting end of things.

Both sides of the frame are tapped and drilled so you can use a single sided, left or right mounted scope mount or you can use a double sides one. Just remember with a double sided mount the slide wont come off unless you remove the cocking lever first.
    IMG_1845.jpg
The mount as fairly tight clearance, removing the slide causes the cocking lever to rub against the edge of the scope mount but its fine with just normal racking of the slide. The height above the slide is fairly tight so if there was a back sight on the gun it may not leave enough clearance for the slide to move without catching.

Top view of the back sight area
    IMG_1847.jpg
Top view of the compensator area and outer barrel.
    IMG_1848.jpg
Its got its own serial number, I dont know if this is just a generic cosmetic
or if its a unique number. The safety is ambidextrous and is smooth as a baby's bum.
    IMG_1849.jpg
The outer barrel is flared and shares the same colour as the rest of the body.

The mag release catch protrudes more than standard for fast mag changes
and the magwell is extended, flared for easy speedy changes. The mag sits flush inside the magwell.
    IMG_1851.jpg
The Magazine uses a plastic threaded lug and comes with a spare.
I am guessing this is on purpose so the threads on the magazine itself
dont get damaged and the plastic lug would be the easier option to replace.
The mags on yer man Eric's website are selling for 48 Euros which is Ridiculous considering its not even a full 134a/green gas type mag and more or less a shell to hold a CO2 sparklet. They hold 18 BB's
    IMG_1852.jpg
    IMG_1853.jpg
The Grips look like there is something missing! but there is not and they look
like they may not be comfortable but they are!

    IMG_1856.jpg
    IMG_1857.jpg
The spring on the recoil rod is non linear and as a spacer spring also on it.
On some raceguns you will sometimes see washers or separate springs
and sometimes buffers and washers for various things like Short Stroking the gun or protecting wear on outer barrels etc and other reasons that I cant remember now but once read about
    IMG_1858.jpg
The compensator is held in place via a grub screw that screws onto
the groove in the outer barrel. Not ideal. Hear was me thinking it screwed on and I was trying to twist it off!!
    IMG_1859.jpg
The slide release catch has a spring on it which fits into a tiny hole in the
    body of the gun.
    IMG_1860.jpg
    IMG_1861.jpg
The part of the slide where the recoil rod goes in, there is a bushing on the inside that does not want to come out, I did not want to force it but it
prevents me from removing the outer barrel out the front of the slide.
I've got to look into this.

I've not tested the accuracy of this gun as I've no sight on it yet.
and not really sure what to compare it too.
Does not appear to be any feeding or cycle issues so far so all in all its a lovely piece.
