    Hi guys just wanting someone to shed some light on this,
    I placed an order on the website (Detailer.ie) at the start of november last year and yet ive still to recieve my order,

    I'm aware that Andy may be sick but ive rang him at least four times a week on both numbers and sent emails numerous of times but yet he still has not got back to me... its very frustrating... i wouldn't mind even if he told me it may take a few weeks or to get my money back???
    But nothing????
    It really is taking the pish!!!!

    This is not the detailer.ie help forum.This has been covered plenty of times before.

    And as far as I know, no money is taken until the order is shipped.
