    Hello,

I am currently editing a file that I have received as an email.

I am using Windows Live Mail, and want to highlight my canges in Bold text, so my colleague can see the changes that I have made.

Is there any way to permanently do this without having to input the new font every time?

    Thanks.

Sorry about the delay in getting back to you, Shortlegs, here's what you could do -
copy the cells you wish to apply the different font to, then apply that font, then type.
I know it's not ideal but it will make the task faster.
