In Ireland to make the ambulance (emergency services noise) we say "Nii Naw Nii Naw", ad nauseum.

In your country how do you make the Ambulance noise?

Also this question is applicable to calling animals. In Ireland if we are calling the hens for meal we'd say "chuck, chuck, chuck, chuck".

Well, we're on a break - AH is going traveling then off to college, she said we might be able to give it a go when she gets back but I dont know, all those sophisticated men abroad with their fancy european accents and foreign coffees and the like.
