Motor Vehicle Maintenance courses - Plunket College or Kylemore College?

A friend of mine is considering doing a motor vehicle maintenance course. Plunket College in Whitehall is probably more convenient for him but the Kylemore College course in Ballyfermot looks pretty good. Has anyone any info on either of these courses and whether one is better than the other?
