    hi all
i am 18 weeks pregnant and wanted to start yoga as have heard so many people say how great it is during pregnancy.
can anyone recommend a good spot in dublin for me to do this? i am living in drumcondra and work in town, and would probably try and do early evening classes. thanks a mill.

A friend of mine is pregnant and I am getting her a pass for the Elbow Room in Stoneybatter for her birthday next week.

They seem to have good pregnancy classes.

    Hi Mary1978,
I teach pregnancy yoga (and hatha, mother + baby yoga) in Clontarf Dublin 3 which might be of interest to you.
New courses starting early next month.
    all the best

I'd also recommend the Elbow Room.
