Apps Disappearing from HTC Desire

    Hi,
    I tried to do a search for this problem already, but couldn't find anything.

    For the last week or so apps have been randomly disappearing from my phone. I've been switching the phone off at night, and when I turn it on in the morning and it loads up there's always at least one app missing.

    They've all been small sized apps, saved to the SD card that have been disappearing. The size of the internal phone memory itself is quite tight at the moment, and I regularly clear the cache/data of any of the larger apps still on it just so I don't get those warnings about running out of space. However, I don't see how this could be effecting anything saved to the SD card??

    It's a HTC Desire, and I've had it almost exactly a year now. Just wondering if anyone else has experience of this, or knows why it keeps happening?
    It's quite annoying to have to keep figuring out what's disappeared, and then having to re-install it from the android market everyday!
