Insurance for commercial stock in self storage
Hi all, hope someone can assist?
Hi all,

Does anyone know of an insurance company that will insure commercial contents/stock that is stored in a secured (access controls/staff on site during opening hours/CCTV/alarms etc) self storage unit?

The self storage company only provide €3000 insurance per lock up and I require a fair bit more than that.

Google is returning results for every other country but Ireland despite searching Irish only pages.

Any suggestions/recommendations would be fantastic.

Have to say I have never come across it. Your only chance would be if you already had a commercial contents policy and insurers agreed to extend to include the contents in storage. Assuming they are commercial. House insurers may agree but unlikely.
