    Folks,
I'm enquiring on behalf of a colleague who's looking into relocating their home office business into Drogheda town centre or nearby.
All that's needed is the essentials; ESB, Internet connection, etc...
It is also hoped a new job position will be filled out of this move which is always good.
Just looking at options regarding rental.
Are there any schemes in place locally, which would accommodate free or reduced price office space in support of local enterprise?
What are the chances of free rent for the initial few months (promoting local enterprise starup,etc...)
Who best to talk to? Landlords, enterprise board, politicians??

They are contacing various people in the know at the moment.... just wondering if anyone else have any "2 cents" to add or indeed have experience of the corporate rental market in the town with regards office space?

Drogheda arts centre rent office space in Barlow house, they may give you a good deal.
