    If doing a higher diploma for 2012/13 and you fees were being paid for a level 8 ,can you get your fees paid for the H Dip ?

    Under 2011/2012 rules the answer is yes you would be eligible
    Postgraduate courses — progression
    17. (1) Subject to the general conditions outlined in this Scheme, and the
    maximum periods specified in article 14(10)(c) the specific progression conditions that apply to participation at postgraduate level are set out in this article.
    (2) The progression conditions in respect of postgraduate study at Level 8 of

    It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

    I was just wondering had it been scrapped, the VEC dont know yet,and it seems Dublin VEC is taking over the grants section.

    fee grants are not

    Any ideas or links to how much of the fee is paid ?
    is it full fee or certain amount,if the VEC are paying ?

    2 rates of 2000 and another rate - it's not clear yeah whether the second rate is 6000 or full fees

    if you were in receipt of a maintenance grant this term 2011-12, is it still scrapped if you continue to do a post grad ?

    i know you said its gone for 2012-13, is it gone for everyone ?

    If you are starting a postgrad for the first time there is no maintenance grant.
