    I think threatening death on people is a bit harsh. But mostly I just don't like the idea of mindless díckheads being allowed on the roads.

    While this is a victory of sorts it also illustrates the institutional discrimination cyclists are up against. The plaintiff in this case won because he was a barrister. As I understand it the police twice refused to refer it to the crown prosecution service. Also when it did go to the CPS it had the good fortune to land on the desk of a prosecutor who was a cyclist.
