    Hey,
I was wondering if anyone knows of a good beauticians in Galway city to get a specialist wax?

I've only ever gotten my eyebrows waxed before and I'm thinking of getting a Californian wax done (if that's the one that is an extended bikini line wax?). I'm very apprehensive about getting it done because of the pain (not to mention the embarrassment!!!) so I want to go somewhere that the beautician knows what she is doing so that if nothing else, the pain is minimized.
Anyone have any good (or as good as can be expected when you get hair ripped out) experiences with waxing in Galway?

Can't recommend a salon in Galway however look out for salons that use lycon wax, and don't be embarrased -- it really isn't a big deal and there's no point stressing yourself out. :) don't be afraid to ask for disposable knickers either.

Lycon is the best wax for specialized waxing

Thanks for the advice :) I've been thinking about having it done for ages, just have to push myself in to it and get over the embarrassment and go for it. I've been trying to tell myself that beauticians have seen it all before hundreds of times over, I'm not very good at convincing myself though.
I'll keep an eye out for Lycon wax, thanks.

They use depielive (sp?) which is similar to Lycon wax.
