Mine up for renewal and want to phone around.

I know not every insurance company offers it, so trying to get a list of those who do.

    I get mine with Allianz.

Got a quote from Allianz, and it was very competitive compared to my existing insurer.

I was wondering if LLs on here have any Contents insurance?

I have always left that to the tenants, but if anything happened the property (for example, very bad water leak), is there a chance that buildings insurance would not cover the repairs totally?

In other words, does the LL need contents insurance? My tenants have supplied mostly their own funriture, I have very little possessions still at the property.
