I started an JobBridge internship Monday and was expecting to receive my monthly rent allowance cheque today (last Wednesday of the month) when I got home this evening. There was nothing there. When I went to the social welfare office last week they said my dole would be paid into my bank account weekly but didn't mention rent allowance so I expected it to stay the same.

Does anyone have any experience of this? Because I'm at the office all day I don't have time to call to the CWO and they're very difficult to get hold of otherwise.
