I gave up smoking for 8 months.

I went back on them in July.

Now, I'm smoking more than ever.

I've heard about a hypnotherapist in Galway, Niamh Flynn.

Does anyone have any success stories to share from seeing her?

Does anyone in general have success with hynotherapy as a quitting smoking aid?

    Lots a Thanks :D

I tried hypnosis before, done nothing for me.

Vaping was the only thing to get me off them this long, and long may it continue! :)

Ignore that poll it's meaningless. You don't know if a person was off cigarettes a week or a year. It's (comparatively) easy to get off them for a few weeks, being still off them two years later is the hard part.
