2008 imported car tax rates

Hi Guys, Im importing a car in the coming days. It is a 2008 low emmision diesel. It was registered in the UK 29 May 2008 ...once i bring it into ireland will it be elligiible for the cheaper tax rates.... it should be 104€ but are pre june 2008 cars exempt from this

Cars from the first 6 months of 08 car go on the c02 rate if its cheaper.

The motor tax rate is €160 now btw.
