What would you like to know? It's a beautiful town, nice marina and some great places to eat.

Was there in 2010, going again this year, suits us for quiet family holiday, don't know about clubs and stuff if that's what your looking for.
We stay in Juan les pins and get the bus into Antibes old town when we want to go there, short bus / train ride to Cannes & Nice, renowned jazz festival in July
    We like it.

Hope it's not rude to ask mikedragon32 but the answer may be of use to the op also.

The No.200 (I think) bus to Nice passes our apartment in Juan les Pins. Does this bring you to the Airport or the centre of Nice?, we are about 3km from railway station so may be easier to bus it to Nice centre for day trip

Quick answer is that the 200 (I'm assuming you mean the TAM bus and not a Ligne d'Azur bus) serves both the airport and the city, however I'm not certain that it actually goes into the airport. It may drop you on the main road outside, which is not much more use than taking the train!

Edit to add: Ligne d'Azur route 250 is an express bus which stops once in JlP and goes from outside arrivals at T1. €16 round trip.

Well the reason I am asking about antibes is that myself and my girlfriend are thinking about somewhere in the south of france along the coast to go to for a week near the end of the summer. Ideally what we would like is somewhere that would have plenty to do during the day besides lie on the beach and have a bit of a nightlife as well (nothing crazy though). Someone mentioned antibes would be a nice place to go but ive heard some people say it can be expensive, others say its grand.

it should be very nice, and its easy to get into other other places (Nice, Monaco, Eze, Saint-Paul de Vence, Sainte-Maxime) along the coast too.

To be honest, Nice might be a better option as your base if you want to explore the area.

Antibes is fine, but it ain't cheap. Nice isn't exactly bargain basement either, mind you! But at least you have more options there.

Feel free to ask more questions.

It's not the cheapest place to go, on our first night there we stopped at a beach side bar, ordered a G&T and Barcardi Mojito, small bottle of white lemonade & small bottle of water for the kids, while I was people watching the missus started laughing  wait t'ill you see the bill €38.00  You live and learn

Eating out we found is generally speaking more expensive than the usual med spots, public transport is good value along with the supermarkets, had an average breakfast in Cannes €€€€!!!

I thought it had a bit of an Italian feel to it, we are going back so all in all & taking everything into account must have been happy first time round but we have kids with us and stay in a very nice complex with pool so have different needs maybe

Also think a city along the coast may be better option with a day trip to Antibes maybe
