Kitchen unts spray painted

    We just got a quote to have kitchen units spray painted and new worktop fitted and fridge boxed in with matching press. It was for €2100. I nearly collapsed. Can anyone recommend anyone they have used for painting units.

    I will safely say I will be looking at the fridge for a while yet with prices like this!!

    Is painting them yourself an option? I did this before and worked a treat and cost me very little, i'm talking about 50euro for paint and sand paper and then went and bought new counter stripping and covered the counter tops too! I also then bought cupboard handles on ebay for a few euro and found the exact same ones in B&Q for a fortune! I was thrilled with the finish and really looked brand new.

    A new cupboard to surround the fridge should cost very little, thats a shocking price what youve been quoted!
