Syncing contacts onto iphone 4s

Does anybody know how to snc contacts from google onto iphone 4s, and to keep the contacts on the phone then when the gmail account has been deleted ? I can get the contacts across while I have the gmail account connected, but when i delete the account, it removes the contacts, i just need to keep the contacts on the…

2 points to remember here,
I do not have an apple id which means I cannot download google sync tool & cannot connect to itunes via a laptop
