Why specifically 221 as opposed to any C201?

because C221 worked the last train on "my" branch line in feb 1963 and there s a chance that a trawl for photos might turn up one of it on "my" branch. A nice photo of it would at the very least grace my facebook page for the line (Kanturk Newmarket Railway)
