Studying in Australia (Income support BTEA?

Hi all,

Starting uni in Adelaide, Australia in June.Just wondering am I eligible to claim btea or perhaps a grant while I study to help support me while I study?

Have been on jobseekers allowance quite a while now. I'm 22 years old. Flight is in May.

You wouldn't qualify for BTEA

1.8.2 Third level study outside of Ireland
Full-time day undergraduate courses in European Union countries which are recognised for Higher Education Grant purposes may also be considered for the Back to Education Allowance. and not for Maintenance Grant
