finally getting the galaxy tab plus 7.0!

So after just over a year of using the original galaxy tab my galaxy tab plus 7.0 3g & wifi version is due to arrive tomorrow. Im looking forward to using it its white background and 16gb but i have a 32gb micro sdhc card ordered with it. Am really looking forward to the honeycomb 3.2 experience.
I will let you know how i get on with it tomorrow am really looking forward to it!
Did you get it yet?? How is it?? Have to say after seeing it on the Samsung website i wasn't overly impressed. A faster spec for sure, maybe the screen is a bit better, and it's a bit lighter. But still no hdmi out (unless i'm mistaken). Just curious would it be worthy of an upgrade. I don't use my original tab for 3d games or anything like that, so i'm just curious if it would be worth my while selling my tab and upgrading to the plus. Curious to know how you're getting on with it anyhow

Its not a bad tablet, definately better than the original.
Its tough to tell, the differences betweem the two are:
- dual core processor, 1gb ram
- honeycomb 3.2 gives you full screen apps for all, some apps on the original are not
- over the air updates, the original doesnt have that option got one straight away
- the battery seems a slight bit better
- better google apps such as email and youtube
Overall not overly great especially now that expansys.ie have the galaxy tab 7.7 on sale that has superior battery life and the first tablet to get the super amoled technology that might be worth looking at.
Furthermore these tablets are sim free so you are paying over 500 for them. I reckon we should be seeing subsidised prices by the phone companies for contract prices in the not too distant future!0 -

yes the 7.7 looks beautiful 595 for a 16gb WI-FI i'm so tempted
