Group Texting - HELP

    Ok I was looking into changing on to a phone from inline group texting. I have a samsung galaxy mini and 490 contacts to which a text message has to go to every week. Is there an app that is capable of doing this all at once or what can I do???? Please help it's for a voluntary orginisation..
