    Hows it going? Gettin the first race bike the weekend. Just wonderin is there any decent sites to check out things like what i should be doin? I do a bit of running so just wondering how i should mix it up or how far i should be cycling etc what gear i should be wearing, that kinda thing. Runireland is handy for the running.:D

    In Fairness Deise there's a lot of very decent ppl on here only willing to part with info. Best thing to do is ask.
    My own advise starting out is to get a good pair of padded shorts

    Check your brakes and tyre pressure. Know how to fix a flat on the roadside before you get your first one. And most important, get out there and enjoy your new bike!
