I have been offered a bigger than usual job and would need 3 workers for about 1 month. Is there any way I can pay these guys without going down the road of hiring and PAYE PRSI etc. (one is on a FAS…

Is there any way I can pay these guys without going down the road of hiring and PAYE PRSI etc. (one is on a FAS scheme 20 hours a week) ???
