If you request a P21 balancing statement on the PAYE online system, they'll automatically calculate how much you're owed and lodge it to your bank account.

Do it online as its quicker. If you insist on snail mail then put your PPS number into the contact locator on the home screen of the Revenue website. The address of your local PAYE section will come up.
