    Not really city centre but they do deliver. Fox Flowers Model Farm Rd. Excellent. Very unusual and creative.

    +1 to fox flowers, very nice to deal with and leagues ahead of ordinary supermarket style flowers / bouquets. They do their own delivery as well.
