I've joined a new club this year, due to a few reasons I'm not going to go into now.

My new membership runs from January to December and in my old club March to February. I havent notified my old club of the move yet but am doing so this week. I got a new GUI card in the post from my new club last week, do you just disregard the old one? As for my Handicap, isn't it up to me to give my new club a printout of my cert and transfer my handicap to my new club? Anything else i need to do?

It would generally be for one handicap or honorary secretary to send a copy of your cert to the other. But I think in most cases today a printout of your record from the golfnet server is accepted, and when this is complete cut up or send back to your old club your old card, that's it

A card & associated 8 digit number is issued when a player is created on Golfnet but there isn't any handicap information for that player until that data is published from the club.
