UPC Multiroom

    Finally got my second HD+ box with multiroom but only after UPC
    delivered the wrong box on 2 occasions! I was all ready to give the wrong boxes back but the courier only asked me for one, so I thought I'd keep the other one for an upstairs room. My problem is the third box is not working although it goes through all the search for channels fine but then just hangs on 'final set up' screen. Is this a multiroom issue? Can UPC restrict the signal to just the 2 boxes? or could it be something else.
    Any advice much appreciated.

    Ya they can restrict the signal if you wanted to keep that box and use it it would be an extra 5e per month and you would need to contact them

    Is multi-room another name for having 2 or more boxes? Or is multi room a different system alltogether?

    Yes Ronan multi-room is just a fancy name for getting extra boxes.
