Hard drive prices and larger capacities

When is it expected that hard drive prices will return to the pre Thailand flood prices?
Also when are 4TB drives expected to become available?
3TB drives seem to be on offer for £150 and if they came down to ~£100 I'd consider them but if 4TB drives were only around the corner I'd be willing to wait.
I have to upgrade 5 x 2TB drives in my NAS

Prices are coming down a bit already, but i'd give it a couple of months before you see the pre-flood prices (2TB could be had for ~£55). Could even be the middle of the year before you see those prices again.

4TB is already available but again, the floods have affected the launch and pricing.
