    will this phone fully work in ireland :) ????

    It hasn't been tested with Networks here and there's also no where to get it repaired. It's a piece of crap. Leave it where it is and get something that's proven to work on the network she's on.

    How about a Samsung Galaxy Y Pro instead? Also available on Meteor afaik, here

    If the Nokia Asha 303 is coming here (I think it will be on O2, no networks are selling it here at the moment) it would be another option in that general price range.
