Can you post the make/model of the device?

Did you recently install any software?

    Did you drop the laptop?

Have you tried to look under the keys to see if there are any obstructions?

Is it just these keys? Do the rest work fine?

You may need a new keyboard.

Found this if you wanted to remove it to check underneath.

Underneath looked fine to the naked eye. Is there any other trouble shooting measures?

Plug in a USB keyboard and see if keys are working, if they are your keyboard is shagged

Sounds like the keyboard needs replacing, seen that happen before when people have spilled stuff on the thing, certain keys just fail to work and the keyboard needs replacing, can pick up laptop keyboards cheap enough on Ebay, not the hardest thing to replace if confident working with computers
