How do,.?

I'm looking for a drummer to complete a 4 piece, got 3 so far myself included..
We're all around 21 years, we're only starting up, so you wont need to learn endless originals jumping in at the deep end..
Starting completely fresh, all genres of music and ideas are more than welcome...maybe steer clear of heavy metal ha but apart from that anything goes...
