You know the yogurt toppings that you get on some bars and biscuits and rice cakes (tastes more like white chocolate)..is there a way of making a yogurt topping that's not as sweet but will harden on biscuits/cupcakes??

I was curious too so I googled the question but most answers said that the commercially made yogurt toppings use powdered yogurt rather than the wet form that we get so it's not really possible for the home cook. If you google it yourself and have more time than I had, you might have more luck. Take care.

A friend of mine does this (makes cereal bars and dunks the bottoms in yogurt). I asked her and she said she found a recipe for yogurt covered raisins and just used that.
    Hope that helps a little
