Employed and thinking about sole trader

Hi, first of all I'm not Irish and my English isnt fluent. Sorry for that. I have full time job and i'm thinking about sole trader. Will it affect my incomes from work, would I be paying more tax? I would be paying income tax, what about insurance and health taxes? Thank you
