Hi, I last spoke to my solicitors office on Oct 24 2011, they were putting in an insurance claim for me. I have heard nothing since from their office. On the Insurers own website, they say they endevour to resolve claims withing 20 days.

Im just wondering what is a reasonable amount of time for me to expect a callback or update from my Solicitor.

    thanks

Well , I don't think 3 months would be deemed a ' reasonable ' callback time in any business. Perhaps give them a call tomorrow ?
