    Shouldn't cost you anything

You will not get a idea of cost to fix on the net, you would be better sticking a picture up so we can all drool over the damage, I mean access and give our unprofessional advice...

Or else notify your insurance tomorrow, get a quote and claim off theirs...

But seriously, we need pictures to drool over...

    Hope no one is injured..

what you need to do now is:

    A) contact 2/3 garages to get quotations on repairing it
    B) give the quotations to the other guy (I assume you have contact details and insurance details of the guy)

    C) inform your own insurance company that you have been in an accident -by law you are supposed to report it - explain to the you were crashed into and dont know if there will be an insurance claim yet or not.

Depending on the costs involved the other guy might want to pay for the damage himself and not want to go through the insurance (loosing no-claims bonus) - unfortunately for you you will not be compensated for taking the time off college/work to get quotations for repair from a couple of places (try to make sure at least one of the quotations is from an Audi garage)

That's gonna be expensive. Quarter panel isn't just a bolt on item.

    Obnoxious parking there OP. :pac:

A lot of cars in that situation would just have a grazed rear bumper. The Audi is unusual in that the quarter panel goes gown so far.

Ah Colm, that's a long way off needing a quarter panel ! You can't be completely certain from a picture, but I'd be very suprised if that didn't repair.

I'd agree with mad_muffin's figure of 300 (except he gave it before the photo was posted !), if you were paying cash yourself. Going through insurance etc it's going to be more than that. Depends on who gives the quote.

Wow if you can get that looking good with €300 then great. My estimate is multiples of that.

    You forgot the VAT!! :D

Seriously though, if you go to an indy you will get that fixed for €300 or very little more. Friend of mine recently put a scrape on a door with a fair dent. Cost less than €300 and the whole door panel was resprayed. Metallic paint btw.
