Hi

Just a quick query. Recently set up a UPC account with Broadband and TV. When opening an account you have to have a direct debit set up which I did, and then got them to cancel it as I want to pay in cash at the post office. Anyways, sent them a letter requesting DD cancellation to which they duly obliged. Received my first bill 2 weeks ago for 180 euro, to which I made two 50 euro payments so far. But on Friday night UPC withdrew 35.68 from my bank account completely unbeknownst to me, to which I'm really annoyed about.

Their accounts department doesn't open on weekends so any information would be greatly appreciated
