I was watching an old episode of William Tell (aka Crossbow 1987) and I was looking for other TV shows that aired at the same time. There was one in particular that I remembered bits of but I could not get a name.

Its like the Munsters\Addams family but shot live action at a castle, I think its medieval times, I have a faint memory of a mob attacking the castle and the father figure, frankenstein like character holding a old style bomb (with fuse) in a courtyard, thats all I have.
