Read about 2 Amateur astronomers finding a new planet here; and had to ask, why are they calling it Threapleton Holmes B ? Is there a Threapleton Holmes A?

It was on Stargazing the other night Threapleton Holmes A is the star the planet is orbiting.

So the name it's self is a combination of surnames. Was the star named Threapleton Holmes A by default?

The reply to the article is funny.
    The RTE anomaly
...in the meantime irish viewers discover a new low in the RTE brodcasting while watching "the Voice" and are also rewarded with a new broadcasting tax for the effort. Beat that BBC!....
