Quick car valuation

    Anyone wanna take a stab the price of my car. Emigrating soon so would like to know if its worth anything

    Its a VW Polo 1.4 comfortline. Petrol, manual, recent enough tires with custom alloys. New radio with cd player. 3 owners and 74K miles. First owner (who had it for the majority of its life) was an old lady. Condition is pretty dam good tbh. Very clean inside and well kept outside. Nct is up in 2013 and i cant remember when the tax is up.

    Its my first car so just wanna get a few ppls opinion

    I reckon you could get up to 1200 for it. Looks very tidy.

    Don't get beaten down on price due to the age of the car, that's just the Irish obsession with the number on the plate. A car like that, in good condition, should be worth at least €1,500

    1.4 is ideal size engine for that car, but most people will be looking for the awful 1.0.

    Oh ok. Really was hoping I'd get a nice round €2000 for it. Sure I might chance my arm, just after looking on carzone and cbg and seeing quite a few for 2k and up:o

    They're on carzone. I.e not sold.
