Most jewellers will do it but there is a jewellery repair place on level 2 in dundrum town centre - I'd say they'd be pricey though. My friend gets her jewellery repaired in a place in nutgrove sc, she says it's really cheap but I don't know the name of it. Probably not too many places in there anyway so should be easy enough to find.
