I got these ones for my road bike and think they are very good. Secure when clamped to the handlebar and with a bit of bar tape can look very nice.

I recommend Controltech Aero cockpit, having gone thru 3 or 4 other sets which I wasn't happy with, I came across these online. The full carbon version I bought online here..
