    Hi
What are Eircom's plans to upgrade exchanges to NGB in smaller towns not currently listed in the NGB map? As the NGB rollout seems to have have slowed to a crawl, are customers outside large urban areas stuck with expensive standard DSL prices.

    Hi lockup35
the current map is covering currently planned areas. We are currently involved in rolling out NGB or Fibre depending on areas. If your area does not show at the moment this does not mean that it will not be upgraded within next roll out plan.
While it is true that there are delays in migrating some exchanges we are still involved in the migration of those exchanges already included in national roll out plan.
Let me know if I can help you with any further query you have regarding current migrations plan.
    Tony
