    Hi
Hoping to do this and it is great to see an event that starts at a reasonable time instead of the crack of dawn.

Query. Last year the sportif was run on Jan 2 and cost only €10, so there has been a hefty price increase.
    So
    Are there showers/changing facilities,
Is there feed station/food at the finish.

Looks like a nice route and one the I have not been on before.

That long rise up to Nadd is a good one for a group ride and should be fairly quick. Scenery is not bad too. After that there is a short sharpish rise to Lyre which will get a few blowing and obliterate my strava kom on that segment, getting the excuses in early as it was on a mtb. Not too sure about the rest of the route after that, looks pretty flat so with only a 100k it could be quite speedy if last years event is anything to judge by. Lets hope its dry, taking it for granted there will be no frost, what a difference a year makes...!

a(nadd), e (s glen) and d (lacklaun) koms in the mix.

@ ROK ON I agree the reasonable start time is much better.
I don't know about showers/changing facilities, feed station/food at the finish but afaik the money raised goes to Rebel Wheelers, an organization for the wheelchair bound. Along with most people I will be forking out a fair bit of cash to do these sportives throughout the year, I know its cash for good causes but it adds up. Still €30 is better that the usual €40.

theres a small stream, well sheltered at the back of the square in Blarney, might be the extent of the facilities!
